Whether you’re focused on cross-country (XC), marathon MTB, or enduro racing, our coaching plans are custom-built to meet the physical and technical challenges of off-road competition.
At Hart Performance Coaching, we prioritise both your fitness and your trail skills. You’ll work on explosive intervals for punchy climbs, threshold development for long efforts, and the core strength and mobility essential for technical terrain. We can also guide you through skills development, including cornering, braking control, line selection, and riding varied surfaces.
We tailor your training around race-specific demands and available trails, ensuring you’re confident both physically and technically. Strength and conditioning, bike setup advice, race strategy, and recovery protocols are all part of your coaching journey.
