Mastering three disciplines and balancing them effectively is the key to optimal performance.

 

I am experienced triathlete racing and winning many competitive races from Sprint distance to Ironman. I competed inn the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas, and won my age group in the European Duathlon Championships.

 

I can either work solely on your bike leg ensuring the most time critical discipline is perfected, or work alongside Paul Whittaker who has run for Great Britain running a 28min 10k, 64min half, and 2:22 Marathon to assist you with both you bike and run.

 

We have coached athletes who have won age groups at Ironman events and qualified for Kona. Between us we offer the ultimate triathlon coaching programme.

 

Whether you’re a beginner preparing for your first sprint triathlon or a seasoned Ironman competitor, Hart Performance Coaching provides structured, progressive, and personalised support to help you reach your goals.

 

Our triathlon coaching includes individualised plans that integrate swimming, cycling, running, and brick sessions, with particular attention to race pacing. For athletes who require focused support in one area — such as cycling — we also offer discipline-specific triathlon coaching, maximising your gains where they matter most.

 

Given how time-consuming triathlon coaching is, and how much goes into it, we only offer a limited number of slots.
