Not every rider wants to race.
Many are simply looking to improve their health, lose weight, boost fitness, or train for a challenge. Our Cycling Fitness Coaching is designed for riders of all levels who want to improve in a structured, sustainable way without the pressure of racing.
This could be a training ride you want to complete at a certain speed, or riding with your mates without getting dropped, or just simply getting back into shape and feeling good, we will work with and create an individual tailored training plan that fits around your lifestyle. You’ll receive workouts designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and fat-burning capacity, all while staying enjoyable and achievable.
Currently around 25% of our coached athletes are not racing.
We work with riders on both indoor and outdoor programs, and we incorporate key lifestyle coaching — from sleep and recovery to nutrition habits and motivation strategies. Every session has a purpose. You’ll get fitter, more confident, and more energised — on and off the bike.
